ORPHAN CONCERN'S MISSION
Orphans Concern-Liberia is a non-profit, voluntary Liberian Initiative founded in July 2012, who is passionate about the welfare of comprises of Orphans and Indigent children who have the passion for orphans in seeking their welfare and improving their lives. Bring fully aware of the down-sized and les privileged conditions of children in our society, especially orphans ranging from lack of quality bringing and crashed dreams amongst others, we are embodied in a holistic call to see the lives of orphans transformed for positive service to Liberia and our global village.
AMBASSADOR AMOS SAWBOH
Amos is the founder and executive director of orphans concern-Liberia, a certificated and commissioned peace ambassador by the universal preach federation, and a commissioned peace messenger of the United Nations mission in Liberia (UNMIL). Amos lost his father and mother during the civil war in Liberia and has taken to the African Christian Fellowship (ACFI) orphanage. At the orphanage he served as one of the leaders for the students. He is an organizer, team builder and motivational speaker. As the leader of his team, he seeks to improve the lives of orphans in Liberia by fostering positive change and putting smiles on the faces of orphans and less fortunate children across Liberia. He has worked with several institutions in the public and private sectors. He is also the co-founder messengers of hope and is a member of several youth lead initiatives including young ambassador for peace, messengers of peace united nation mission for peace in Liberia (UNMIL). Federation of Liberian youth, global youth fellow and a fellow at the Kofi Anna Yon-Bon youth leadership program a program of the Kofi Anna institution of conflict transformation. Amos comes with over a decade of life experience in building orphanages and communities.
